Jabu is the co-founder and Managing Director of Southern African Business Development Forum

Jabu has extensive local government knowledge with an impressive ability to communicate professionally at high level with public officials and politicians. He has a proven organizational, administrative, financial, marketing and project management skills coupled with co-ordination involving managing, developing and motivating team members to achieve their objectives. As a strategist, Jabu has ability to diagnose and solve complex problems which include planning, prioritizing tasks and consistently meet deadlines while working under pressure.

Jabu is the co-founder and Managing Director of Southern African Business Development Forum where he has successfully driven the strategic plan, business development, fiscal operations and more importantly successfully established positive relationships with stakeholders and other business leaders. He lead the team of SABDF directors in establishing MoU and Implementation plan for intra-trade and infrastructure development with the Zambia Government which government has now officially declared it shall form part of the government programme. He served as a founding Chief Executive Officer for Zim-SA Forum whose mandate was to drive and facilitate investment into Zimbabwe and is credited for coining a slogan, “Zimbabwe is Open for Business”.

Jabu has a couple of certificates from University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science in Global Executive Leadership Development and in Finance for Non-Financial Managers. Jabu also has certificates in Project Management and Marketing management.
